Client work
CDX’s stated client-documentation service uses people and agreed production tools. Client IP must not be uploaded to public AI websites. Any future change to that delivery commitment would require clear communication and the relevant written agreement before affected work begins.
Public website assistant
The website assistant returns extracts from CDX’s public content. It is automated search, not a human adviser or generative AI system. It cannot access private projects or financial records. Do not send confidential material in chat.
Consent and transparency
Chat begins only after the user accepts the cookie and history notice. Stored conversations may be reviewed by authorised CDX administrators for quality assurance. The notice identifies provider processing and links to the privacy policy.
Accuracy and escalation
Search matches may be incomplete or not answer your exact question. Quotes, delivery commitments and technical matters must be confirmed with CDX or the responsible technical authority. The assistant should acknowledge uncertainty and direct users to the appropriate contact route.
Educational media
Synthetic podcast voices are labelled. Academy material uses demonstration scenarios and does not claim to be accredited training or real customer evidence. Public educational content is separate from confidential project production.
Oversight
Administrators can review chat records, manage published public content and disable reliance on an unavailable provider. Provider credentials are stored as server-side secrets and are not editable through public forms or included in browser code.
